No - 'cos they're called wotsits
I'm now convinced this little pillow things full of nothing were called potato puffs.

Nothing wrong with good lime and chili flavour crisps - they taste like a slightly spicier version of spicy hot Monster Munch, but with proper crisp texture.
Obviously if it's real crisps then salt and vinegar is the One True Crisp. But the best crisp-like-but-not-actually-a-crisp snack is worcester sauce Wheat Crunchies. Can't find anywhere that sells them these days, unfortunately. Finally a happy home (and mortgage) owner...0 -

What about Scampi Fries? Gorgeous! They still make them, but you only find them in pubs and old fashioned newsagents, never in supermarkets.0

For me it's got to be salt & black pepper. Not so flavoured that I can't taste the spud, but with the little extra kick that ready salted doesn't have.
