My husband and daughter decided to get me some uggs for xmas, so first vent at hubby for spending that much on a pair of boots  anyway they went to office, got a size 6 which is my usual size for boots, whilst putting reciept in bag they explained the no refund poilicy just exchange or credit!!
Anyway unwrapped them on xmas morning and they were too big, looked at box and said 6.5, took them back today to change to be told they dont come on full sizes, tried the 5.5 which although fit were a bit tight on toes and i only had thin socks on, so now I am stuck with a £190 credit note, they even tried to offer me a free postage online to find its freely available instore fro anyone to take!!
gutted and furious at the same time

Annoying but order online so you're not really losing out.0

If a 5.5 was too small then the 6.5 can't be that big on you - stick an extra pair of socks on and you'll be fine!0
-
You don't wear socks with UGGs anyway so the 5.5 should have been perfect for you“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

Smelly Uggs!0 -
Is that why UGG wearers always walk as though they're wearing boots that are too big for them ?0

Not at all, they're natural fibre. I've got a pair I've owned 5yrs now and still as fresh as a daisy“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
probably, and I would never wear them without socks
Are your socks sheepskin too? Synthetic socks will just create a thermal barrier negating the reasons for actually wearing them“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
I don't understand why your mad.........0
