    Still £0!
Will have to grab some bread and a bit of fruit tomorrow but should have enough in my cupboards to last a week.
I will be taking the cattery fee out of my 'budget' but not classing it as a spend obviously as its not groceries ;)

So because of this, could my target be taken down to £200 please xxx

    Still feeling so motivated!

I am going to sound like a complete idiot here - but what is a signature - I had a look where you said - don't seem to have set one up. I also don't know how to put a line under my post to section it off from the bottom info - if you get what I mean.

The signature is the section at the bottom of a persons post (under the line). To set this up, if you go to the green bar and find the heading User CP, click on this and on the left hand side of the screen there will be a section called edit signature. You can write whatever you want in their and when you next post it will come up (under a line) as your signature.

so....first trip to town of the new year to get yellow sticker foods on my shopping list for january. i needed deli-meats for pizzas and a lasagne recipe i got from one of my customers at work and managed to get 3 packs at Mr T for £1.19 each plus a slight glitch in M&S when i used a £5 off £25 spend coupon and a £5 daily mail reward the 3 for £10 meat discounted after the conditional spend bringing a £25.01 shop to £13.76 plus naan breads went through at 39p and 43p instead of 89p and 79p on SEL.

however i am alarmed by how much i have gone into my budget on only the 3rd day of the month but i have a months worth of meals planned out and i'll have to stick to the list!

Afternoon all - keep safe out there!

Just popping to report another NSD. Lunch was the last of the hm chicken and vegetable broth whilst tea is grilled gammon and chips (gammon from the freezer). Whilst getting the gammon out of the freezer I noticed a whopsied packet of smoked trout flakes whih I will blitz up with some philly to make a pate to have with crackers for packed lunches this week. Don't you just love surprises?:T

First day of my month and a no spendy day. Had 2 small bagels from the freezer for lunch - one with the last bit of Smoked Salmon and cream cheese from Xmas. The other with cheddar cheese and Mayo (ran out of butter this morning!). Tonight my flat-mate cooks, with food already in stock (veal meatballs from Mr W with pasta, tomato sauce and parmesan).

Will have to get a few things tomorrow I think, but I'm holding off doing any big shops until my store-cupboard and fridge/freezer are used up a bit!

I had a shopping session today. Total £52.95.

    Asda was £9.28
    Sainsburys £43.67

There was a pack of Ariel powder in that as well as it is on special offer at £10.00 - half price at Sainsbury's.

I think I am still going to come in on budget for this month - allocated £200.00 to spend!
