Personally quite like it (despite not really being a cat lover!) but it is a lot of money if you don't absolutely love it.

Have been very nerdy and typed up a list of all the UFOs I have and want to do and already have finished off a Christmas bauble I started at the Harrogate show, it is in pride of place on the tree. Have also finished off a lovequilts square and got it ready for posting tomorrow. Next one on the list is a Gorjuss kit http://www.sewandso.co.uk/Products/I-Gave-You-My-Heart__BOT-XG2.aspx I bought last year for a friend's daughter - so that is my target.
    Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

See I like it and have looked longingly at it before .... but 18 count aida ? and all that background? I think I would go a tad crazy. See this is much more my cup of tea or this

I think its one of those kits I would like to own and look at and admire but actually stitch, well I don't think it would happen. I think I may take a raincheck on it for the moment.

Now this memory thread. have you tried it ??? whats it all about ???
  • Hi All,

Have lined up next small project which will be a card for my Sister in Law for her birthday in March and my next major project which will be a Christmas stocking for my Brother in Law. I was very lucky this year as OH got me this magnifying lamp for Christmas (to be fair it was one that I had sent him a link to earlier in the year when he was asking for ideas) but I'd forgotten about it so it was a nice surprise. http://www.johnlewis.com/231019336/Product.aspx

Hope that everyone is having a good day!

which was going well till I had a drink and continued to stitch it wasnt good. I had to unpick loads as I did a section wrong. It serves me right for having a drink. :rotfl:
