How to put a claim into Paypal.

Log into your Paypal account and go to "my accpunt" where you will see a list of all your transactions. Find the one you want to put a claim in for. This one is easy because its in Hong Kong writing, if that makes sense?

Click on details and the transaction page will open. Scroll right down to the bottom where it says "ebay resolution centre" and click on that. You will then get a page open from Ebay which gives you some options to click on.

Click on "I haven't received my item yet" and follow through from there. You will need the transaction number, that you will find on the original transaction. Its the Paypal number you want, not the Ebay item number.

This will open a dispute with the buyer. You can escalate the dispute to a claim at any time. I can't think how to do it without actually doing it if you see what I mean. I've had to open my own Paypal and work my way through it.

ONce you have done the above though, come back and let me know and I will show you how to escalate it to a claim. It can be done at any time.

    I hope that helps.

Louise - Hope everything went as well as possible yesturday, thinking of you.

Well ladies, I have been a bit naughty, and bought a few new kits :o (They were absolute bargains - a Boofle A-Z, a Newtons Law coffee one, and a Kipper the dog all from Ebay at around 1/2 price of sew and sew :D)
But I fell in love with the kipper one as did my wee boy, so the ducks (still unfinished :o) have returned to the UFO pile whilst I stitch him for DS.
It is actually turning out to be a nice kit to stitch so far, and is coming together a lot faster than anything I have tackled before which is good! (I would promise pics - but as you know I rarely manage it, but I will try).

I have been to the hospital today, and it looks like my next op will be the end of the month, and I am pooping it already :(. The Dr was lovely and very reassuring, but the "what if" fairy keeps popping in.

Hope everyone is well and enjoying some stitchy time

I have seen some LOTR charts but they have been VERY expensive - around £30 for a chart as I recall

Thanks Ladies, its hard not to think about it.
My consultant said worse case scenario I have a total gastrectomy, but if I don't have the op she is planning, I will have to have the gastrectomy anyway. So she said to look at it as jumping the queue if I have to have it done whilst under.
Sorry to moan ladies, especially on a day like today when the sun is shining.

I haven't seen any lord of the rings, but I will have a look around for you.

Augustsmummy - glad you have your new kits to keep you going. At least you have a date now so that's positive. Keep smiling.

Louise - ditto others re hoping things went as well as they could yesterday.

Have done a bit more to my dragon. Once I have one of them finished I will take a phot and let you all see it. It does seem to be taking forever I'm really not enjoying stitching it but as it's been in my UFO pile for about 10 years I think I should try to stick at it. Having said that the girl that sits next to me at work mentioned she mught do a small cross sticth kit so I retrieved my stash and she chose an Eeyore kit which was free with a magazine in 2002, I gave her the pooh one to go with it as well. Whilst looking through my stash my son (he's 13) found a Sully kit also from 2002 and has asked me to stitch it for him for I stated this after he went to bed last night. Hopefully should have it finished within the week.
