We did a memory book for Grandma. We bought a notebook which was purple with white spots-exactly the same as the dress she wore the last christmas she was with us. My best friend wrote about the strawberries that grew in grandma's garden. She gave huge boxes full to everyone. It would keep you in strawberries all week! Another friend wrote about when Grandma locked me out & she had to climb through the window to let me in. Then you had stories from when she was working from her colleagues. It was great finding out things you never know before. We dug out some wonderful photos too.
Your memory book looks brilliant, Louise. So personal and stitched with love. I'll be thinking of you all tomorrow. I hope the day goes as well as these things can.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

I've been waiting for Aneres to reply to tell me it has (I so hope so)
Nope mine hasn't come yet.
I'm wondering if she posted them later, not when she stated she did.St. Francis said: “A man who uses his hands is a laborer. One who uses his hands and mind is a craftsman. He who uses his hands, and his mind, and his heart is an artist.”0 -

Hi, no it was a stupid free sample of nappies and I don't even have a baby.
I'm going to get back on to her today.
That would be really funny under normal circumstances.
I've put a claim in with Paypal. Am sick of waiting now. If we all do it, she's going to have to refund us all.St. Francis said: “A man who uses his hands is a laborer. One who uses his hands and mind is a craftsman. He who uses his hands, and his mind, and his heart is an artist.”0 -
Love the book Louise. When I saw all the snow here this morning, you popped into my mind. A funeral is an awful thing to have to go through but if you have the same weather where you are as I do here in Derbyshire, it will seem even worse I'm sure. My thoughts are with you and your family today. Big hugs to you all
