    Afternoon all,

Pleased today as I weighed myself and lost 2lbs, seeing as I didnt change last week I am glad I lost some this week. Had a letter from the drs about the weightloss clinic there, said they cant add me at the moment as they have a long waiting list so have added me to the list. Glad I started the diet myself and not waited or I would never be able to get down to a nice weight for the wedding next year.

Met my friend today again, met her yesterday as well, but today we just went in the local cafe for a drink and a chat.

Still sewing for my stall, just finishing off decorating some teabag holders. Got some more loyalty card wallets ready to stitch up too when I can get up there, OH on nights again at the moment.

Hello to my3girls, nice to have you join us xx

Moneypenny, you have been doing a lot, well done on getting some of it finished off. Its a nice feeling when something is finished and you can put it away ready isnt it xx

Hi everyone I've not been on for a long time, sorry. Time just seems to be going so quick kids growing quick it's scary!
Last time I was here I found a brilliant red onion chutney recipe but during the move think its been put in the bin, just wondered if anyone could help as I'm sure it was off this thread.
I've just made my jam for my hampers this morning so thought I could get my chutney made.
Hoping to be a bit more organised this year as last year It was left til december and it was very stressful. X
Needs a hobby and chat too

    Hello all :j

Currently having a deluge of rain with thunder clapping so not sure how long computer will be on at this rate  Methinks we should have built an ark !!! All set for my tele programmes and the tennis is still on the go:mad: (apologies to tennis fans)

Been to hospital with OH...........well waste of time I wonder ? Boffin said the pain might not be anything to do with the hernia and to wait till he's been to pain clinic again -august ! and then go back and see him. If its the hernia then they'll do a repair...........if not...........well I know not ! So I'm going to ask for the appt with pain clinic to be brought forward sooner so this can be sorted out. I can't get motivated till I know whats happening.

Sorry for going on.........seems to be all I do ........still I've got a counsellor doing a home visit tomoorrow and that might help. Then maybe I'll get covering boxes and getting organised.

Hope you're ok and not drowning in the rain:)
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Mary - Hope u get the pain mgt brought forward, it seems like no one really communicates, hopefully ur get sorted soon.

Chucking it down with rain, really muggy expecting thunder!

The delightful MOT of the car - good news - we've got the light fixed, its been mot'd and had a wishbone (only thought they where in Turkeys!)

Bad News - failed the MOT - needs some welding doing......... so got to ring another garage 2mor and hopefully get in next week, so far my share £114 (dad paid for the light)...

Aim to get some pegs stoned up 2ngt, then 2mor add magnets to them, ready for jan (for there do) xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • I have just had an email from Ernie saying there is good news, now I don't have my details with me so will have to check tonight. Worst case is that I have £25 I didn't have yesterday, do I spend it on Christmas or do I put it aside for something special for me? Decisions, decisions!
A smile costs little but creates much :)
