mum2one, I confess that I did not check the batteries on our flashlight when it was part of a challenge because I assumed my DH had done it.

This morning we had a power cut and I learned:

    - having a flashlight in with the DIY stuff is not great when you're patting around in the half-dark looking for it
    - he didn't check the batteries.

Guess what's on my list today :D

Had email from Debenhams yesterday to say one of the shirts I ordered is out of stock so just the one coming. Never mind, he has enough presents now anyway.

Went in New Look to get YD a couple of hoodies, didnt have her size in one of them but they said they could order it online and have it delivered. As long as I spent over £19 it would be free delivery so she ended up ordering both of the hoodies to get the free delivery.

I bet you are Mum2one. I also think November is going really fast, think its as I have had craft fairs every weekend so the weeks have been spent getting stuff ready. Have another one this morning, its at a local scout hut so not sure how profitable it will be but should be good fun. Got next weekend off so will have two weeks to finish some more bits for the next one.

Got about 3/4 of the xmas cards done then I run out of cards - theres a wack in the loft, and got some more due from Vistaprint, so am tempted to wait for some of them. It seemed never ending, as I do the households.

Miss Hoodie loved the football match, she can't wait till she goes again! xx

Apparently Albelli have a code for 15 pounds off first order, no minimum spend - do they do canvases?
