morning all

went in attic and listed everything, just got to go through list and decide/double check who's getting what and see what else is needed.
some fantistic ideas and progress going on in here.

We're going to the UK tomorrow, my aunt has died, the funeral is on Friday and there are no Easyjet flights on a Thursday.

I am going to try and make the best of it Christmas wise as in December we won't really have time for shopping. I just feel so sad.

Well done everyone, seems to be coming together for a lot of us now and most people havent even started, makes me smile when I over hear them in the High St now the shops have put the decs in etc, saying they havent even thought about Christmas yet.

SugarSpun - so sorry to hear about your aunt. I suppose Christmas shopping is a good distraction.

Might well be doing my first car boot sale this Saturday (well, first for about 10 years!!). Wish me luck! lol

Sugarspun, sorry to hear about your Aunt, I missed that. My Aunt died as well last week and her funeral is on Thursday, I hadnt seen her for years and only really know my cousins through facebook these days.

Cdsmiler, here is a photo of some of the elves I have made, they are from a tutorial I found on the internet. The tute was for a girl one so I adapted it a bit and made both boys and girls. I have two left now, 13 have been re-housed.

Here are some pics of the apron set I made for OH's Mum.







I had the books come from America today that I ordered for my grandson who is mad on ice hockey so now he has something at least to start off with.

As for making, I cut two bags out today, one for niece and one for sister. Had made both of them bags already but changed my mind on the fabrics and decided to put the other bags on the shop and make them new ones.
