Snaggles - I doubt I will ever look back with pride - I am so ashamed, I can't even tell. I am an indebted person. Soo, so so ashamed. (I told someone and they made me feel really bad about it, they said its all myf ault and I cant handle money and I deserve it
)

Oh that's such a shame that you wont feel pride about what you are achieving - part of being human is to make mistakes, and then having the strength to stand up and put right what you have done wrong.
How horrible to hear someone say it's your fault and you deserve it because you can't handle money - that must have really hurt, but you are really proving them wrong now though.
Oh, and yes, the baby is due 2 weeks today....hoping she might come a bit early but knowing my luck she'll be late!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Hello Snaggles & Sf (and all who might be reading…)
Snaggles - I know I was gutted when the person said its all my fault.. He made me feel like a little worthless nothing…
Aww I am so happy for you about the baby… less than two weeks now!!!
SF - well done for getting rid of the essays :
I need advice here now - donation related.
I have been asked to sponsor an event which helps children , a charity that I am involved with volunteering etc. I HAVE to give some money but I could get away with about 50 I believe. However, I was thinking I might be able to give 100 and put it on my hsbc card - I know its not a very DFW thing to do, and I would have incorporated it into my budget, but the site where I can sponsor do not take amex. I really need advice on this because I do want to give and I actually need to give some (my teacher is doing it), but since I am in debt, I don’t know… He is a really amazing person and deserves support and I know he would not be mad at me if I did not donate but still.. I want to do it, I want to do it so much. So I don’t know… should I put it on my hsbc card (t which I will pay £200 in anyway on the 10th of May) nd delay my dfd by a little bit, or should I just not do it??Total debt £3625.07.

Oh the donation thing, I think £50 is more than enough to sponsor. IF you can manage it. Don't put more than that
thats just what I'd do. There's no point in pushing your debt free date further. You can always donate more to charity once you're out of debt, right?

Exactly what I was going to say. Pay what you can afford now, then if you want pay a bit more when you can afford it. :T0 -
Hello
thanksI only did 50 and next day I received refund of charges from amex - thats £102!! amazing1 I had to buy a plane ticket though, that was £137 but apart from that I am doing quite well.
I was just really busy to come in. I am kind of losing motivation to write...
I can't wait till payday. My debt balance on the 1st of May was £2595 which is below my estimated £2600.this will drop by a £1000 on the tenth when I get paid but then will go up a bit according to what I spend in the next month.
