I know you are committed to your treatments, and im really trying hard to fathom what they are without you telling us, but the bottom line is if you NEEDED them for health reasons surely he NHS should pay? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Thanks to all for coming in and writing
SF - you are always here to support meI am so grateful!!
LA - thanks to you too- the redbulls are free because drinks are free on the corporate card (it includes coke and fanta and this sort, too) from the vending machine
but I only like redbull as the others are full of sugar. Actually, coffee is free from the other machine, too, but when I mean coffee in my posts, I mean starbuccks coffee with lots of syrups and soy (yum), the one I like, (and the one that's bloody expensive so I am not having it anymore….)
Lynz - I can see your point but I really can't explain it to you without telling you in detail what it is but believe me if they WOULD pay for it, I would of course get them to pay and wouldn’t be a fool and pay myself… All day yesterday I was thinking about how to get that money together without having to put it on my credit card. (and without going overdrawn, because that is more or less the same thing.
So today I am teaching - that’s £20 and travel expenses paid so that’s £20 net. I have £20 on my savings account , that’s almost half the money. The rest I can take from the money I set aside for 'rent' - this needs to be paid at the end of the month, and I can make up for it with another two eaching sessions, or if I can squeeze in three, then even better. Sounds like a plan??
AND today I got free fruits from hospitality here - I just wandered in to order some tea-coffee-biscuits for a meeting in the afternoon and they said why don't you take this bowl of fruits, we are giving them away otherwise we will have to throw them out today. .. Lucky me, of course I took itTotal debt £3625.07.
