Boots 1/2 Price Sale

For those of you phoning local Boots stores asking when the 75% off sale will start, it would probably be best to phone 5 - 10 mins before closing time since they can not confirm if there will be a sale tomorrow, they probably will confirm near closing time?

I say no! Based on the fact I was told no, and also my SIL works for boots and she was told there wasn't even going to be a 75% off sale!

I work at Boots, have a friend in the know and have phoned my local Boots store.. I can confirm the 75% off sale will either start tomorrow or it won't.

We will all find out tomorrow, so no more guessing/claiming to know

Yes so far we have confirmation of the following

1. The sale is tomorrow.

2. The sale is not tomorrow.

3. The sale may be on the 18th.

4. The sale is already on with items going through at 75%

5. The sale is not on, items are also still at 50%

6. Also confirmation of this is taking over our lives.

As far as i know there is no 75% planned as yet because stuff selling at 50%, i work in boots and we only found out the fcuk bags was going 75% off was 6.10pm the night before, i left at 4.30 today and no1 knew if it was 75% tommorrow they not letting staff know until very last minute in case they tell people and they stop buying the 50% off stuff. but it has to be soon as we got rebuilds for baby and sunshop products starting next week

Being the newbie that you are most likely referring too, I joined to post on this discussion to prevent the many users who are wishing to purchase from the sale from having a wasted journey. I have no reason to mislead you nor prevent you from getting bargains we stock! I appreciate you will trust those you consider experienced posters on this forum more than my word, but I am inclined to believe they will provide the same information as I have given that all stores receive the same information at the same time.
