Boots 1/2 Price Sale

Just been to Leeds Albion Street. Quite a lot of small royal jelly sets, project D sets, carousel sets, mugs and wrapping paper. Annoying saw lots of people with several piled high baskets full of all the decent stuff.

Can anyone please tell me what stock levels are like in Newport, Gwent, town centre store please.
Is it worth going in after work at 5pm or not???

For anyone who's thinking on Caerphilly town, very little stock left, lots of Blue Eyed Girl sets and Hello Kitty but no major must haves (S & G, GOK, No. & etc)

Just passed by the Buchanan Galleries store and they obviously aren;t selling too well as there was a Boots lady trying to entice people in to look at the masses of Soap and Glory hat boxes they had. Actually I'm only assuming they were soap and glory as I've never bought them- they were pink and black striped.

Hello to anyone who was at Chesterfield this morning. I had a bit of a nightmare because my bus broke down, so got there a bit late. I still got some fab stuff, although I was a bit dissapointed with the toy selection available. Did see one couple who had to use a cage to get the stuff they bought to the till!

Thgink that's the No 7 artist's palate. Expensive for what it was - originally £60:eek: and only one layer of cosmetics. Frontcover has better pigmentation IMO so is a better buy, particularly the mini palates in the sale or the single eyeshadows that are currently £1 in my local Boots.

Arrived at 9.15am to find 'steady' run on large amount of stock.
Easy to pick up 20 items at an average price of £3.50 saving over £200!

But of course the real normal price since October has been one-third off.

Worth the trip though.
