What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Don't mind if it's a fresh start here or a new thread. I feel like my life is twisting in a different direction to what I'd hoped was going to be a blissful few years......Why does it do that?

I've not posted for a while but I've made some food savings due mostly to being able to get to the supermarket at the end of the day when things are marked right down.

New total = £972.77. Not quite £2K but I'm very encouraged as it's nearly £1k made/kept that wouldn't otherwise have been ours to use over the past few months. I've also put part of it towards overpaying the mortgage so hopefully that will benefit us in the longer term.

I too have been missing in action. My weight stalled but on the other hand i have lost half a stone, which i wouldn't have done without this thread.

Ref the money have made some savings here and there. But didn't get close to 2k. And to be honest that was because I couldn't be bothered to list the mountain of stuff i have draped around the house. But that is it now I am starting again. I really need to raise 3k so that our first family holiday in 5 years is money neutral. So maybe a new thread would be a plan....
I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Ok I admit I fell away from updating this challenge due being very busy with work etc. Unfortunately I couldn't tell you my final total money wise but I did manage to reduce every single monthly outgoing in regards to insurances, utilities etc and pay off quite a few store cards with the tips from this forum!
As for the weight I managed to lose 6lbs which is great and still losing as we speak!

SO THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!! :T

Will everyone be doing this challenge again or is there a new one started up? I quite fancy to give this a bash again :D
Free stuff is GOOD stuff :p
