Hi All, I can't believe that we are into week B already. I feel so much mor confident already, have signed up for the Day Zero 101 in 1001 list and have begun working on one of the challenges for that which is to do a long distance walk.
OH and I had a lovely walk this afternoon and managed to finish it just before some snow started.
I have been keeping up with cleansing and moisturising twice a day and my skin is looking much better.
Thanks to everyone for their inspirations.

Hi everyone,
I would love to join this thread. (subscribes).
Over the last 2 years I have completely let myself go.
I suffered an injury in August 2010 which took a whopping 9 months to heal!! I used to be a regular gym bunny, however, was unable to go after I hurt myself. The weight piled on very quickly and I also got very lazy and eventually lost the inclination to even try!!
I know that I only have myself to blame, after all its me that keeps shovelling food in my mouth. I really don't feel good about myself anymore. I can only wear about 2 outfits in my wardrobe (and one of them is a purple velour tracksuit!!) I look like that big purple dinosaur "Barney"
I have resolved to give myself a massive overhaul for 2012.
1. Be positive (whatever happens)
2. Stick to eating healthy (not a diet as that word tends to sabotage me)
3. Take more care of myself (hair, makeup, nails etc)
Thats my top 3 so far.
Good luck to everyone else. I wan't to be sizzling and sexy on the beach this year;)0 -
I am just back from the longest run I've either ever done, or done for about 10yrs! Very happy indeed! That's my fabbing today plus a lot of slathering of moisturiser to counteract the very cold air out therefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

Update fabbingwise! I used one of those strips you put over your nose to unclog the pores (and nearly pulled half my face off!) and moisturised my legs.Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0

Fabbing for today.....
No crisps/choc/sweets - day 2 of this now, tomorrow is my hump...
Did my shred, then hoovered so the flat is nice too
Showered, shaved, moisturised - so I smell pretty
Oh and a B....
BUMS
We all have them, be they big or small. But, a way of feeling better is to wear pretty knickers and youll be happier (and if you get run over, your mum will be hapy you have clean non-manky ones on)

Hello everyone
I will re-do my nail varnish ready for work tomorrow, DD is letting me use one of her varnishes. I feel honoured!

Today I have done 30 minutes on the exercise bike, it was all I could manage after ten days of excess food and barely any exercise! Today hasn't been fantastic food wise, but I am improving and have at least added up my calorie intake. Next time I go to see my parents I will be taking round the unopened box of mince pies for them.
I have been granted a one week extension for my next Uni assignment, so tomorrow I will do a rough draft of the first question. Hoping I won't need the full week to complete it, as I also need to get started with the reading for the next block.
A website that may be useful to some is dailyfeats.com. Another American site, but you can add the tasks you want/need to do and how often you need to do them. It gives a nice little visual reminder of what needs to be completed. It is useful for me as I find I get easily overwhelmed trying to remember everything. I have also downloaded a 'decluttering calendar', it suggests a task a day towards decluttering your house, today I have decluttered my receipts drawer in the kitchen (I didn't want to do the task on the calendar, so I made up my own!)
I'm going for a nice soak in the bath now, followed by swathes of moisturising and then watching 'Lost Christmas', recorded mid December as I love Eddie Izzard, and I want to watch it before I take the decorations down!0 -
Evening!
Well, I started fab this morning :j- showered, hair styled, bit of make up, perfume (new one, not sure about it) then ruined it all walking in the country with the family!!
Came back all wind swept and sun burnt and muddy!!!
Oh well, the fresh air and the exercise must have done me good!:rotfl:
So many posts on here that I feel bad commenting on some as I will miss so many!
Generally, I just can't understand why anyone makes negative comments about someone else - Thumper's Mum had it right! If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all
Take care!0 -
Hi all.
Can i join in please?
i think i posted in your old thread...or maybe it was this one...i cant rememberbut i didnt stick to it.
My plan to be a summer sizzler:
-I have started wearing a bit of jewellery and perfume now
-I am starting to walk my son to school and back (twice a day-40mins exercise) in order to lose a stone and a half
-Have sorted out my warderobe and gotten rid of clothes that dont fit
-I want to do a weekly deep condition for my hair
-I want to keep on top of shaving legs (sorry, tmi probably:o)
-Hand moisturiser to be used daily
-Body moisturiser to be used everytime i shower/bath (every other day)
-I have already sorted out my make up bag and thrown out old stuff
EDIT- i also forgot the most important one:
-Keep taking my Anti-depressants or i know i wont be able to keep on top of it.0 -
Cleggie, I just read your list and I hope you really enjoy walking your son to school. My boys are both at senior school now and I really miss walking with them every day0
