just got back from the vets, had to take my hammy in to get the claws she's grown cut. she wasn't very happy with me and the nurse! she went mad in the car and weed on me and the nurse. she had a nice car nap on the way home though!
Sending "Happy Hammy" vibes; poor little mite - you can't explain to them that it's for their own good, can you?:o

thank you! i had to bribe her with a brazil nut to calm down. she was going mad trying to chew her way out of her carry case while i was trying to pay. the woman serving me was really shocked when i told her i'd give her a brazil nut if she stopped and she just pottered around trying to make a little bed for herself and started having a wash.

Superfood, superveg etc are all back in stock on myprotein.co.uk :) And Bobbi Brown concealer kit is on buyapowa.

My "presentation" was SO BAAAAAD. I asked my supervisor a few weeks ago if I should do a powerpoint or something for it and she said "no it's just a 15 min chat to see where you are at". I get there and the person before me has overrun and... he has a powerpoint!! And then she asks me if I have a powerpoint!! Gaaaahhh. I got so spooked and went totally blank. Oh, and the berocca I had for my cold in a bottle fizzed up and exploded in my face. And then my phone broke! Not a good day :rotfl:

Time for me to de-fab for my weekend with family. My Dad's always been very sensitive to aerosols and smoke but has just been diagnosed with a degenerative lung condition and everything seems to be aggrevating his lungs, so until he gets more info we have to be really careful about what he's exposed to.
I've washed my coat and clothes for the weekend and they're drying in the living room with the patio doors open so it's frrrreezing. I need to have a bath and wash my hair with unscented natural products and moisturise with olive oil (he eats it so should be fine).
I also need to make up a little bottle of vitamin C serum for my Mum to try out (in the car on the way to work... where her minimal beauty regime has been relegated to).
Living cheap in central London :rotfl:

Forgot to take off my makeup last night..oops :/ but I did a face mask this morning to make up for it :D

Weighed myself this morning, lost 7.7lbs in 2 weeks, so I'm quite happy with that.. hopefully I can keep it up. Haven't really exercised at all, just been watching what I eat, not snacking etc.

    Hope you're all well!

  • ooh bitsy our doggy's a female lab cross. she is beautiful but i'm afraid despite all efforts to train her properly she remains a bit unpredictable on that front. she's great with the kids, just a bit embarassing on walks sometimes. You probably will lose weight at first i did but unfortunately its gone back on, think my bodies got used to the exercise somehow. I'm sure you won't regret it though - i'd like another as soon as i can afford to take care of it properly. wish i had a house and garden bog enough i'd have loads:)

Sorry to hear about your Dad Adelight.. is there any treatment he can receive or anything? I have a friend who is allergic to perfume, but it means soap, conditioner, face wipes etc, so always had to be VERY careful around her.

Hopefully you'll manage to have a nice weekend anyway!
