I must say I have never been on a diet, well tell a lie, after having my family I had to watch what I was eating then. I hardly ever eat sweet items or crisps. I love seafood and fish,OH goes wreck fishing several times a year and I have all sorts of fish including Cod,Bass Dabs and Dover/Lemon Soles in my freezer.
Maybe I have just been lucky with my weight
Morning all
Sounds like you are lucky enough to love the foods that are good for you Leenie. Wish I could lose my sweet tooth!0 -

Yes I am lucky,I am also a believer in making some of your own luck in life, when I was expecting Toni my first daughter I ate 2 mars bars everyday and went from 8 stone to 12.Never again,I was so unhappy and with a new baby too. If you put your mind to it and tackle a day at a time I`m sure you could cut down on the sweet items in your diet.I love dried fruit to eat inbetween meals if I am feeling hungry.HTHBookworm63 wrote: »Morning all

That is correct you paid £6 for a £3 item so you were over charged by £3
£3 over charged doubled = £6
So you now have a nice free candle
