Some good advise given there :) I must say I have never been on a diet, well tell a lie, after having my family I had to watch what I was eating then. I hardly ever eat sweet items or crisps. I love seafood and fish,OH goes wreck fishing several times a year and I have all sorts of fish including Cod,Bass Dabs and Dover/Lemon Soles in my freezer.
Maybe I have just been lucky with my weight :)

    Morning all :)

Sounds like you are lucky enough to love the foods that are good for you Leenie. Wish I could lose my sweet tooth!

Yes I am lucky,I am also a believer in making some of your own luck in life, when I was expecting Toni my first daughter I ate 2 mars bars everyday and went from 8 stone to 12.Never again,I was so unhappy and with a new baby too. If you put your mind to it and tackle a day at a time I`m sure you could cut down on the sweet items in your diet.I love dried fruit to eat inbetween meals if I am feeling hungry.HTH :)

Yes, that's right. The difference between £6 and £3 is £3 so double is £6.

That is exactly right you were overcharged £3 so they refunded £6 (double the overcharge.
You purchased the candle do it is still yours.

Well done on automatically getting what you were entitled to without having to prompt them.

That is correct you paid £6 for a £3 item so you were over charged by £3

    £3 over charged doubled = £6 :)

So you now have a nice free candle :)
