Thanks I tottally agree but keep being told its all about pacing, but thats very difficult when I'm called apon so often by others, even though they know about the ME etc and I get so frustrated. Can't remember feeling good for a whole day let alone for a few hours, but hey ho I live in hope and it does have an up side. I come out with some real corkers when I say the wrong words. Asked the OH if he wanted dolphins with hotpot. couldn't understand why he was laughing so much. Obviously meant dumplings but random words come out so often. Brain fog, You have to laugh

:rotfl::rotfl: I am exactly the same. I say at least 1 strange thing a day. Always makes people laugh.

Same here. Too many instruments. I'm down to two basses and two guitars plus a pile of other stuff. Just got the accordion down from the loft, that is one I can't play but I know a man who can so he's going to give it an airing.

Better get off here, that album won't write itself :rotfl:

I'm currently have 4 acoustic guitars, 1 electric guitar, a mandolin, an octave mandola, 2 tenor banjos,a five string banjo, a piano, a violin, a pianochord, a dulcimer and lots of penny whistles and harmonicas.
Bit of a jack of all instruments but sadly master of none these days:(. Decided to start playing more seriously about a year ago, having retired, but sadly went at it a bit too hard and now have to have regular physio on my arm to repair the damage. I hate getting old:(

Put this in the other T thread in error.
Small DTD on mars refuel drinks, in fridge by meal deals, the ones with sports caps.
Bottles and SEL states 2 for £2 charged £2.58 so cost £1.42 for 2 bottles after DTD.
    Happy new year :)

Alongside making butter I found a new use for double cream today. It was a friend's birthday and I always make them something so today I made Whoopie Pies.

Has anyone tried them?? They're yummy! First time I've done them so I stuck with chocolate and my friend loved them :D Appologies in advance for the new year dieters!

One has to ask the question why you went through self scan? Its been widely reported on here about stores refusing DTD based on serving yourself.

Was it really worth sticking your head way above the radar for an extra 9 quid? They'll be gunning for you now. :(

    FK
The reason I went thro SS is it was a genuine misplace (because of the boxes/tills not matching) and all the manned tills were heaving - besides it's still a tesco till which head office agree.
The reason it's worth sticking my head way above the radar is this although a local store I rarely go to but when I do I always have problems and the managers do not think the tesco policies apply to them and are just awful.
They do not give DTD to anyone without it being mentioned - I did let an elderly lady know this the last time I was there as they were just refunding here the difference on a coffee machine with a sorry here's the difference back and even when she queried it they tried to make out it wasnt an over charge then in the end there was a huge sigh and the rest of the refund no apology about them trying to avoid the tesco policy!
So I feel it's my duty to make them realise they work for tesco with all their policies !
    Thanks
