This could be very local but I bought some of these at my local today with a yellow sticker at £10 rtc £6. B/C on yellow sticker 0002 over a B/C 2130.
Noticed elsewhere in the store in the main display of bedding that they have a SEL of £16 with asterisk in the corner.B/C 2130. Perhaps they all go through at £6?. Not a mega bargain but hey ho HTH:)
    Awaiting a new sig

Do you even need a remote ?

I don't know your circumstances it may be essential but my DVD player remote's been broken for years and you can do everything you need to do on the front of the machine anyway, old fashioned but it works for me!!:rotfl:

yes...not through laziness....when i tested it earlier it only has a couple off buttons on the front....standby/open-close/play/stop....tried it with the nearest DVD (Disney of course :)) and it bbrrings up the first lannguage option...but theres no way to select the language and proceed to watch the DVD....tried it with a DVD that just 'starts' with no 'before film options/menu' and it fine, but for all other DVDs that have menus, it needs the remote to work.....unless you know something I dont?!!! :)

will get £28 from Argos when I take my new one back anyway, so wont be out of pocket really buying a remote :rotfl:

  • daz summer flower power (yellow bottle) 20 wash is £1.01 in tesco. BUT this is not in the laundry aisle, its in the seasonal aisle

In my local it is in the laundry aisle but with a sel of £3.99 and scans at £1.99.

Can i ask, did the blu-ray player have a SeL OF 50P? It's only that I saw it in my store today but the SEL was £26 odd and there are no scanners there for me to check. It wasn't a yellow SEL, it was the usualy price.

    Cheers

there wasnt a SEL...dont think it was even meant to be where I found it....looked like someone had just dumped it there....but have never seen them before (admittedly I've not really looked) so not sure if theres a SEL anywhere else.....but anything Technika with a code SS10/AW10/AW09 etc should scan cheap as its not this years stock...the older the product the cheaper it should be in theory! :)
