Can you describe this annoying pain? I get sciatica (a slipped disc) sometimes and the sensation is a tingling/light spasming or feeling like my leg doesn't belong to me, very annoying rather than properly painful if you know what I mean.

If it sounds like that then avoid sitting for long periods and do some walking around (T's perhaps) to ease it but your GP would need to diagnose it to make sure. Sciatica is a very common complaint in the elderly though :rotfl:

DS has just come in and sitting on the side I have Rentokil advanced Fly traps, Chef aid rubber jar grippers and Smints:rotfl:He just gave a look in a teenage way, with one eyebrow raised as if to so "!!!!!! has she been glitching now?" Found some lynx shots on clips with a new barcode sticker over the top of the origional barcode in Mr T's chc in the welsh capital but scanners wern't turned on so didn't risk scanning at the till, most other clips have been replaced with bottle bags there also

I found some soft peg clips with a barcode sticker over the original barcode, I can see the barcode underneath and it's the one that scans at 1p :(
You could scan it at the ss till and if it's too much just leave it there and walk off like I do :rotfl:

Forgot to say too, I have a top tip for the Melitta Anti Calc tablets. I've just done this and it worked but I used the anti calc and not the pefect clean. Dissolve one tablet in half a jug of boiling water, put the plug in the sink or bath and pour the half a jug of stuff in. Leave for 20 minutes and hey presto lovely shiny plug and any limescale or rough bits that sometimes collect around the plug have gone:T:T

My other finds today were 12 rolls of mini Andrex, 3 packs of the wipes, 2 packs of 19p marinade (tomato, black pepper & Thyme), whoopsied clementines 38p from £1.50, whoopsied flowers 50p from £5.

Interestingly with the Spontex sponges I found 1 Scotchbrite non-scratch scrub sponge, and 3 of the twin pack of Flexi soft.... but only 1 of the Flexi soft would scan, the others came up with some error than needed overriding, so I didn't bother with those.
I got round this by scanning the one that is ok and placing the others in the bag :)

Very good Rob that is so true :T :T

I know how you feel and I take tramadol too - have you tried lying on your right side, with left leg bend and knee on a cushion/pillow to keep it level so it does not pull on the nerve in your hip area?
    ill try that thanks
