My little excursion was VERY productive.

£5 for wine and cheese hamper boxes. Got 2

Lots of brandy butter and toffee cream :T

3 very fancy cheeses reduced to 10p each
Bog standard cheddars 10p (will give these to my Mum. I like a lot of flavour in mine!)

A couple of whoopsies 90% off. Literally only 2 though, cooked meat and a finest meal for 2.

A few 1p jar grippers to pass on to parents, in laws and grandparents.

I think that was it. Very happy with my little trip.

Only thing I actually lack a stock of prior to this evening was cheese.

    I'm well chuffed :)

    The 'Who We Are' List

    altojack - Female - over 21 - Stowmarket Suffolk

Thought it was about time I joined the list too lol

I'm going off topic now but feel I want to share my good fortune. I haven't seen my grandchildren for about 18

months due to DS leaving his wife. I am now able to see the children and am going tomorrow with DH for our

first visit. I've been sitting around with a grin on my face and feeling so excited and yet weepy. Does that make sense?

Perfect sense - I have grandchildren and it would break my heart if I couldn't see them. Have a lovely day tomorrow :)
