See post 4468 for how to make, as for sarnies its pure butter you cant get any betterit lasts a few weeks in the fridge if salted, lasts ages in the freezer I prefer to make big amounts and freeze it in small "nobettes" and get one or 2 out the night before I need them

For the butter - I popped 2 of the tubs into a big bowl and whisk on high until the whisks are almost "seized" and you think what the hell its all gone wrong, but a minute later it suddenly goes all "slack" (Stop tittering at the back!!") add salt if needed now (dont add salt if freezing) quickly turn off the whisk and drain the liquid off (its buttermilk if you want to use it for other things) then add about half a mug of ice cold water either whisk (be careful as its very splattery) or kneed do this 3-4 times until the water isnt milky then squeeze the water out and freeze/pop in the fridge

Thats such a difficult one but as the staff want to be out of the door on the dot (dont blame them) I have found that the reductions on Xmas/NY eve are often a little earlier than usual I am doing to start loitering around 4pm0 -

They did say in an earlier post that they've destroyed three settees this year too and trashed their home. Sounds like they are made for each other!
Nearly all of the problems with the out of control pets is the DOG THAT OWNS THEM, not the animal itself!0 -

Couldnt agree more. I have a staffie and the vet always says he's the most pathetic excuse for a staffie that he's ever seen as he's so daft. But my vet says he wishes their were more like him.Occasionally you will get a bad dog that is just born that way, but 99% of the time I agree, it's down to the owner.Beware!!!! :smileyhea Wholeheartedly agree with rescuing pets. All my cats have 'found' me and never been chosen. Some arrived with serious hangups which have been removed with TLC
One cat who is now 16½ yrs old I spotted on the river bank whilst out walking my dog. As soon as I spotted him, another dog (not mine) grabbed him & I screamed & gained superhuman strength from somewhere & prised the dogs jaws open & got the kitten out. Who then promptly wet himself all down me
We also had a 3 legged cat called Tizzy who lost her leg in a trap. She regularly had to have hernia repairs but nothing stopped her :TOur Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...
