Told me to ask a CS in future, doesn't seem to be any self scanners? Searched through a few hundred pages on here and cannot find the method :)

    Can someone help? Thanks :)

Remeber you can get your item scanned at the electrical desk, pharmacy desk and phone shop if you have them. Also the people that go around with the price reducing hand held devices can also call up the price on their screen but some are only programmed with a section, so electrical devices may not hold cornflake prices.
I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

    Is that Ashford in Middlesex?

My family live around there, and I went in a few times during xmas.

Yes that's the one. It isn't my local but it's close to work so I sometimes pop in on my way home.

First off, Happy Birthday karen  !
Is it to late for bar cant sleep think a nice west coast cooler is in order please xx

Ohhhh WCC yum yum. I haven't had one of those in ages ever since Raven took my innocence and turned me onto the cheap vino. £4-£5 for a bottle of WCC compared to less than £2 for a vino put me right off.

Debating going back to bed. DS2 had me up until 2am then DS1 woke me at 7am when he realised he was sharing the bed with his brother and he wasn't able to snuggle up to me. Kids are away now for the day but I think I need some shut-eye before I try any more Ts today.

Happy Hogmanay/Happy New Year to everyone.

If you are out celebrating tonight, rmeber to have a designated driver who stays off the alcohol, or take a bus or taxi.

This is a public announcement for the good of all....... ...........

But if you are looking for a taxi in 'sneckie tonight, Capital on 80 80 80 is the best number to try but they will all be busy so please be patient.

And please remember you nearest Mr T's will be closing early tonight, so please check the times before you head there this evening for your whoopsies.

My extra closes at 7pm tonight, never done any woopsying and fancy tring today, so dont know when they usually reduce stuff, should I leave it till about 6pm? Guess its a silly question really as each store might decide individually when to do it!:o

I wish T would roll out the hand held self scanners I saw in one shop I popped into whilst on holidays (Bognor Regis way) I only popped in for a wee and a bottle of water but had to stop and stare open mouthed at the wall of scanners

Do you know if these are like the sainsbobs ones, were you use them to do your shopping then just take the scanner to the till and it uploads all the info and SA has sweet F A to do but take your money?
These are good, only used them once before they all seemed to be broken but very good for checking prices without being noticed too much :rotfl:
I hope they'll roll them out in all stores if that's the case
