With the parkrun thing - they have a FB page so if you like that you can ask a question re the running/walking or just waiting till you can run it all.

Thanks Skinty will try and find them just now :)

i plan on updating it every 6 months or so, i dont see there will be many things that will change overe the period but i do think it is important to keep on top of it as it can make whoever is left to deal with my stuff feel less stressed ... and in my sons case ( cause i dont intend on dying for another 60 or so years) he can sit and rub his hands :rotfl::rotfl:

    Just a thought El,

Rather than a list ... why not make a file with copies of the main page of any relevant documents ie any insurance plans etc (keep originals with your will & lodged with a solicitor) and at the front put your list including details of solicitor etc. My dad's also had his wishes for burial etc and all his subscriptions & memberships etc in it. Was very easy to follow, and cancel things.

They did, they were very encouraging to be fair, it does seem though it's more of a quite fit group that I went to, but that's good for me as I'm sure they will help me get fit myself ... The guy scooping up the group ( basically walking with me ) said he thinks maybe this was his pw week ( personal worst ) he was joking though ... Very friendly and we had a good chat whilst walking... I walked as fast as I could but I always get this pain when I walk fast so I usually slow down so I don't get pain ... Today I walked the full 5k with this pain pushing myself as I went so that's deff the fastest I have ever walked

    Thanks beanie

Well today I did my Tilly ups went for my park run then back to bed till 2 pm, I think I was tired due to not sleeping at all last night ( probably nervous tbh)

Have got up and I'm currently making some mince and tatties ... I think we will have enough to freeze or at least do us tomorrow as well

Not done much financially but it's good doing my Tilly ups it keeps the goal more in focus I'm finding
