ooooo ( if your on a diet look away now) the co op are doing a packet of 4 mars bars for £1 and 4 snickers for £1 ... now if you can trust yourself not to eat them ... buy a few packets and freeze them ... if you cant trust yourself ... step away from the screen and block out the fact you have read this :)

I do always pop across, the DFW diaries go at 100 mph though, so can be difficult to keep up with the pace (on page 3 of your diary currently as I thought I should really backtrack).
Thank you for visiting my diary btw, although it's pointless shoite most of the time I do love visitors:D

actually i am finding the mfw diaries really helpful and not shoite so there;);) and yours i'm loving and learning so thanks for writting it

its good to see a different perspective in things ... i do feel the dfw and mfw mind set whilst similar in some ways are different in others ... i wonder if it has anything to do with concentrating on one debt as opposed to several with the dfw ...

I think I'll have to return to the safety of Tilly's nutritionally wholesome diary. I put on jeans today (after living in jammies for almost a week!) and they are digging into my lard like crazy - I will keep them on until bedtime though and forget I ever read your post.

When I joined MSE, it was the DFW diaries that really inspired me. I did have debt but only in the form of credit cards, and nothing overwhelming (or so I thought)....it's only in the last 2/3 years have I considered my mortgage as any form of debt, which sounds totally crazy:o

Hi El! Just reading your posts. So interesting am reading every page. Just wanted to say how motivating you are and if at all try and relax about work. I only know too well how stressful it can be and every job isn't perfect. I do wish you the best for 2013!

Work - please try and destress and only think about work during your hours, keep your head down and do the job. Try to stay out of any politics. I too used to be contacted all the time on my phone, it really did my head in so I bought another phone and only gave the number out to friends, family and colleagues I was close to. It really empowered me. Maybe you could get another sim. Then you are still available but don't have the dread of the phone ringing.

    Good luck for 2013
