It's really not normal forme to do this amount of overtime tbh, it's basically because we have so much sickness just now and I don't want just any stranger coming into the unit

I'm in my second last night tonight so counting down the hours

Well today the food shopping went into orbit we spent £62 ( well just less than) and we didn't buy anything that wasn't on the list :( we also didn't have enough money on the card so had to use another card to pay for the rest , this means sadly no more sugar shuffles for a while, but it doesn't mean that I will start buying sugar type things either

I really am struggling to get this shopping bill down, I can't think of anything left that we can do, we don't spend any money on treats etc its food and other essentials like ladies products, deodorant and few cleaning things ( I tend to use start drops etc )

    Hmmmm very frustrating

Well tonight mr el is away to a gig, he is looking forward to it but is bummed cause I'm not going with him, we usually go to gigs together but this one he is going with our son and his father so it's gonna be a lads night out

Have managed to talk mr el into having chilled chicken tikka for his work lunches, he usually has a spicy chicken 2 for £5 from asda but that's only 400g of chicken for £5 I can get 1kg of chicken tikka for £7 ( roughly) so that will save money each week, I'm also going to try shopping in aldi for a change and see if I can save some shopping money, it's a bit further away but we have nothing to loose

No money for sugar shuffles still ... Won't have any till the middle of the month so I am kinda annoyed about that, but I will start it back up as soon as I can

Have done really well in not eating sugar though, not craved any since the time with the medication

Have weighed myself an I weigh the least I have in a long long time, I still have a LONG way to go but it's going in the right direction, I'm gonna try running again, really hope that I manage it this time as I was annoyed at last weeks inability to run
