I thought it was a snobby place ... As seen by the huge amount of weirdos walking their dogs at 3 am ... Why do they do that btw ?

Although truth to tell where I work is meant to be one of the snobbiest, but the stories I could tell you would make your hair curl lol

Lol, lots of shift workers:psomeone pointed out to me once that no matter what time you drive through you will see a jogger:rotfl::rotfl: nah, like all places there's good and bad, bored me senseless (couldn't get the word I wanted in there;)).

must do coffee soon and you can give me all the info...I'm not coming back until the area is safe from snow though:p

so i've had a sleep and i feel kinda normal, glad i have a few days off though as i feel that i deff need them.

tomorrow i have to deal with the lawyer for aunty and the insurance for the car, when i applied for the insurance i got my dates of previoous accidents mixed up, i thought it was 2007 it appears it was 2008, however, they also have the information that hubby was guilty where as hubby was the innocent party, so that needs to be corrected.

have not been posting as much as i spent a good while reading froggy's diary ( as previously stated) it was a really really good diary to read, i recommend reading the mfw diaries if you are looking at having a longer debt free term.

have resolved myself to do a shopping in aldi this week to compare it to asda,

have done my adpoints today, last week i only had 113 points to claim ( strange how that works) this week so far i only have 21, will keep a wee eye on it though and see how much it pays out this week.

husbands wage slip has came in and i have budgetted for the month, its strange how in the month of february i will actually exceed the £1k mark in wages ( 61 hours O.T) and have plenty to pay everything off and yet when i do the budget i fantasise about how much i want to pay off and land up having to take £50 from here and £50 from there and cut it all down to the bone, just ensuring the bills are paid and no spare is available, i have also set out a budget for a new fire, this month i will be able to add £20 to it, £20 is nothing, it's not even 1% of what we need inorder to get a fire, but it is a start and that's the way in which i am looking at it.

once we have cleared our debts we can hammer the savings for a fire, kitchen etc, mr el started getting impatient about the whole fire idea, and wanted to think about credit, i have cut him off at the pass, i gave him the figures and said" go on then, you show me how we can afford it and i will go for it" he went away for half an hour then returned and said " ok so we will save what we can when we can and get a new one when we can afford it"

even if we do re-mortgage we will not be getting one, he is aware of this also, if we go down the re-mortgage route then all it will mean is that we dont "have" to pay as much every month, although we will still be paying the same amount as we will use it to pay off faster, it's still under discussion but i think a decision will be made and acted upon this month

I knew it was too good to be true ... Just had work on the phone ... Can I do a long day ? We wouldn't normally ask you ( eh what have I been doing for the last week? Covering the shifts you wouldn't normally ask?) so a long day would be 7.30am-10pm I straight away said no to that ... Could you do an early please, we are desperate, there are so many off on the sick and we know you've done more than your fair share but we are desperate

    I'm doing the early :(:(:(

Honestly I will be glad when next month I HAVE to say no

It's kinda like the whole T.I.A thing again ...

It is too much beanie, I am very irritated about it all tbh, they kinda have me by the shirt and curlies though, they know I won't just let a random stranger work in the unit as that isn't good for the person we work with, they also recently dropped the bomb shell of the whole changes to operations ( which could affect me badly) they also say in not so nice terms that we have to keep the unit running as its good for our jobs ....

I need a new job, I want a new job, but just now I can't seem to get a new job, hence the whole ecdl and speakers club ( and I spose diet as well ... Lets face it we can all say we don't discriminate on weight ... But a lot of us do :( )

That's awful El, but if you keep working like this it will be bad for your health and they will need to find cover for you too. Hope the sick folk get back to work soon.

Hi El, when there's so much on your plate its difficult to know where to start. Either setting out your stall with current employer about what you can do, or looking for another job. I don't see how you can sustain that level of hours without collapsing in a heap, which no one would want.

Am sending massive amounts of positive thoughts your way and I don't know how you find the energy and stamina. I am pretty certain many organisations would want an employee with your work ethic.

    Best wishes Tilly x x
