This is a point. Any victim wanting to write to the car park owner involved, especially a big one, needs to be targetted to one person, and the one at the top. Any lower down the corporate chain of command, and it will just go to different people, who probably don't have any authority to change things for the better.

PS. D1onf. They ticketted a military vehicle? A staff car or something chunkier? Either way, I presume it had military plates. And I presume you're a redcap. They are desperate, stupid and brave!

got this on thursday giving me 5 days to pay £82 - pity it took 4 days to arrive. more threatening this time though. chasing me since mid november 2011 - everything previously ignored as advised by the guys on this website.

    its a parking charge note.
    titled 'take formal notice'.
if not paid will recover in county court as a small claim.
judgement will result in costs and bailiffs
judgement will affect credit my rating.

    ignore as usual i guess?
3rd letter now from whyte & co by the way..........

Just more of same old. Standard bullsh*t letter they send to everyone. There won't be any costs, bailiffs, or credit rating affect as there won't be any court case, let alone judgment.

If you've had the 3rd letter and ignored them, they won't be wasting much more time and money on you as they will conclude you are not one of the dummies that believes them.

Trying to look as if they are some sort of officials, no doubt, instead of the moronic drones they actually are.

I can say some Asda's ask them to marshal or assess their car parks to see if they are correctly marked out and such. Making sure there is good access and exits.

TCP marshal our local Asda at Christmas and actually do a good job, but they don't ticket!

If it was about car park management, then they should all be run like that!

If they just marshalled traffic and helped people I would have no problem with parking companies, but that is just one aspect of them, all other aspects is conning people out of money, that is why they need liquidating.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
  • dldbsl, what happened after your last letter from Whyte & Co ?

I am in the same situation, currently recieved one letter from them so far.

Be very interested to know if that was the last you heard of them?

    Cheers
