Come on RM. Most of your pals are quietly stepping down from their inital position of "I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS HAS HAPPENED".
Why don't you join them?
Mate, I couldn't give a monkeys one way or the other. I've never cared whether or not you own a house. I just find it hilarious that you are so insecure that you have either bought a house recently and are pretending you bought in the dip of 2009 to try and cover yourself for missing the bottom or you really did buy in 2009 and you hid it just in case house prices really did crash and you looked a fool.
Either way you are revealed to everyone as a massive liar and hypocrite, something I've been saying about you for a long time. What you don't seem to realise is that once the laughter about this has died down you will quietly fade away because both bears and bulls will laugh at your half-hearted attempts at talking down the market. You have zero credibility from now on with both bears and bulls.
I've noticed you're even posting about how you've enjoyed some HPI gains over the last couple of years in Edinburgh:Oh and don't forget your 100's of Jibes about house prices in Edinburgh had increased throughout the last couple of years. Yeah, I was totally gutted at that news.
Some bear you turn out to be. You'll be bragging about your HPI at dinner parties next. You're a liar, a hypocrite and a sell-out.0 -

The I'm sure you've also noticed the bit where I rather accurately clarified that those statistics were essentially meaningless.
Can't possibly have just been turning someones spurious arguments against them for fun.
It's not as if I've done that before, earning the dedicated wrath of a certain mortgage free wannabe. :rotfl:0 -
You're still doubting the facts RM?
Though I sense the creeping uncertainty is crawing in.
You think I bought this year?
Hmm. Lets revisit the evidence.
GENEER Jan 2011:So you bought, but negotiated enough of a cushion to protect against further expected falls.
Sounds quite a reasonable course of action to me.
GENEER. JULY 2011:Congrats Timm. You should have started your own thread for this mate.
Hope you are both very happy.
Sounds like you've thought it through.
I imagine many of the bears who bought post crash (phase 1) have had similar thought processes (I know I have
)
PIMP. Oct 2011:
GENEER IN RESPONSE:Actually I suspect that you have bought and are keeping it up your sleeveWouldn't that just be a hoot.
When exactly this year then?

I've already said how pitiful your 'evidence' is geneer. Do you intend floating it out again and again until it somehow becomes rock solid? Makes no odds to me anyway, when have I ever said anything about you owning or not owning a house? I couldn't care less. As I said, what is hilarious is your wriggling.
I said ages ago that your backstory morphed depending on the argument/discussion you were having and that therefore it was pointless trying to discuss anything with you. How right I was, though I didn't expect you to back up my claims so spectacularly. :rotfl:
Anyway, it's been a hoot, but all good things must end and so I will bid you adieu and put you back on Ignore again. No point trying to discuss anything with you as you're clearly a liar and TBH all you seem to want to discuss these days is yourself and, apart from the last couple of days, that's a tedious subject.
Thanks for all the chuckles though. It's been a fantastic Christmas present'
Keep smiling geneer.

Thats nice RM.
I mean its its not like most of your last few days postings have been on this particular subject.
And the evidence is so pitiful that you can't possibly have morphed from simply accusing me of lying to a grim admission that I'm probably telling the truth, and hoping no one would notice the change.

Did you? Because as I recall my elaborate "back story" was that you thought I didn't own, and it turns out that I do. Which actually seems quite straight forward to me.0 -

Why not. I mean you're one of the best ignorers I've ever met. :rotfl:RenovationMan wrote: »:rotfl:

Though not as clear as you initially thought eh.
In fact, it rather seems as if you know its the truth.RenovationMan wrote: »:rotfl:

Well that makes two of us then. :TRenovationMan wrote: »:rotfl:

I'm so glad you could make it.RenovationMan wrote: »:rotfl:
