Good. Ok Geneer you have confirmed that you were a FTB up until December 2009 and that is the first property purchase you have ever made etc etc.

Now can you confirm since your first property purchase in Dec 2009, you subsequently have made no other purchases or sales?

(it is important you do this in case there is a big HPC or house prise rise in 2012 and you do another 'tardis' announcement in 2013 that you had STR or bought more property in 2010 etc etc)

These clarifications are the only way for you to gain an ounce of future credibility with any further postings.

This is the problem for Geneer. He has made thousands of doom and gloom / don't buy there is a massive HPC coming posts over the last few years and can only put forward one or two flimsy, ambiguous posts to support his cunning ruse that he bought in Dec 2009 but decided not to tell anyone and remain an uber bear.

If it went to a jury trial on the basis of the evidence presented by Geneer even on a civil trial on the balance of probabilities (50:50) threshold of proof (rather than the higher crimminal standard of proof beyond reasonable doubt) I think Geneer would be convicted of telling fairy tales.

Geneer is it possible you could get your purchase documents independently verified and the notary could post confirmation on here of the validity of your December 2009 purchase?
