Next week he's going to announce that he bought in 1972. He's popping in the tardis this weekend to go and meet his estate agent. He's tried to pick an outfit that allows him to blend in0

It does when they are active on such forums for 6 years but deliberately conceal their true situation.If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -
Sorry what? Do you not think thats a bit of a stupid question?
I've categorically stated that I was a FTB until bought my first house in December 09.
PG was just confirming your true position. Not surprising really.
Why would we ever believe anything you say again without question.If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -

Had geneer really decided to 'play the bulls for saps' as he makes out, he would have quietly PMed his bear mates, at least on CC, to let them in on the joke so they could all join in the fun for the next few years. However, even his most staunch allies on CC are as surprised as anyone, so this didn't happen.
My thoughts are that geneer bought this year, around October time but knew that if he said that he would hear hoots of derision about 'missing the bottom' in 2009 and not having the courage of conviction to wait for the forthcoming crash in 2012/2013 or whenever the bears predict it will be. He therefore made up this, frankly, sensationally unbelieveable scenario where he kept everyone in the dark - 'friends' and 'enemies' for two years in order to save face, but has ended up making more of a fool of himself than any other possible scenario.
Here is a pic of geneer:
:rotfl:You might want to reconsider the evidence Repoman.
Flying in the face of reality isn't the best way to "win" whatever argument you think your having.
GENEER Jan 2011:So you bought, but negotiated enough of a cushion to protect against further expected falls.
Sounds quite a reasonable course of action to me.
PIMP. Oct 2011:
GENEER IN RESPONSE:Actually I suspect that you have bought and are keeping it up your sleeveWouldn't that just be a hoot.
GENEER. JULY 2011:Congrats Timm. You should have started your own thread for this mate.
Hope you are both very happy.
Sounds like you've thought it through.
I imagine many of the bears who bought post crash (phase 1) have had similar thought processes (I know I have
)
Oh dear. Renovationman and those other denialists are starting to look a bit foolish now.0 -

Well Columbo, you can believe me when I provide the evidence.
Which, in this case, I certainly have done.
No doubt why you're left with nothing to gripe about except the fact that I'm paying no attention to a poster I usually ignore, and haven't felt it neccesary to confirmed the position I've been advising you about for the last couple of days.
I mean honestly, does that about sum it up?0 -

LOL!!! That's your evidence??:rotfl:
You set up a massive 2 year sting operation on all of your 'enemies' and that's all you have to prove it. Tragic.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
p.s. I don't doubt that you bought, geneer. I just think you bought this year.0
