They tend to prefer the term non-bull in those scenarios.
Yep, thats a familiar refrain.
Along with "house prices go up.....long term"0 -

There have been a few so called housing bulls on here who now have admitted that we are in a bear market that prices are falling and will continue to. But they are still house bulls??????????Big deflation your debts are going up against everything else. I would not like to be a property owner with a big mortgage right now, pay off your debts ASAP!0 -

Who are these people? Do you have links to these statements?
We do have housing bears who have bought recently (allegedly) and are now saying they were never housing bears. Perhaps you meant that and got confused?0 -
It really is.
Is this a "all in" kind of a thing.
Cos I gotta tell you, you lost your last chips a while ago.
I'm not sure I want your watch and your car.
Well I hope your proof is better than the poor effort so far. I suspect it won't be because the more proof you have to give the more you cement your position/back story on here and the less wriggle room you have when debating.
Note: When I refer to cementing your back story, I don't necessarily mean that its true, just that its a version your geneer logon cannot get out of.0 -

Why yes chuck.
I believe that he's insinuating that despite an overwhelming amount of evidence to the contrary he'd rather stick to his boss eyed theory that I, apparently did not buy 2 years ago, and have been using a time machine to plant the evidence that I did.
I think. Its a bit inconsistent.
He's also saying that I now claim I am not a bear.
Which is a bit strange as I am a bear. I've only clarified that I'm simply not the "uber-bear 70% fall".
Perhaps their perspective has been somewhat damaged by their obsessive focus.0 -

Bull turned "neither" is probably more accurate.0
