If you have a contract at work you are expected to do your job to a certain level and when they wake up and realise the WP has not done what they thought it could do they will probably 'fire' them like a staff member would get the sack at a company
The Tory government can never admit to that, as it would be admitting one of its flagship policies had failed, along with other welfare reforms, it is relying on to try to win next election.

The government has somehow managed to get better stats on WP last week.

More find jobs on Work Programme

it's all about massaging the figures until they can ditch it and rebrand it in another way - which is fine if you're not the poor sods at the bottom of the pile jumping through the hoops

We all know that's a lie - albeit they may have a job but exactly how many are from jobs that the WP put them forward for?

    I bet 0% are

Why don't they release that info!!?

yeah that is pretty good not having to have that stupid diary, but i thought youd still have to, do they say you dont have to fill in the diary

That seems to be the plan, the main problem is when you pop out and apply through indeed/other sites via ujm it doesnt record that you have gone for that.

I will end up getting a sanction for not trying hard enough because they have a !!!! website !

it may not record it but you are adding all jobs applied to the diary thing, aren't you?

just ensure you meet the minimum requirements of your jsa agreement on ujm. then if you do more elsewhere and they dont know about it it wont matter.

well done my exit from the wp and got let off from a later group session appointment. at the end of the exit they said well thats it, you are done with us now. i said no i am not i have another appointment. they then went over to the person it was with and got them to let me off from it. well as everything you do goes on the exit form you cant really do another appointment afterwards when the exit is supposed to be the last thing you do.
i didnt like some of the wording on the exit form. there are different sections that they have to comment on about you and one is compliance. they started by saying i was very good but then said i attend most appointments and i usually tell them in advance if i am not attending and i have a valid reason. well i never ever missed an appointment. the above gives the impression i did miss the odd one. they have also reccomended i do a work placement despite knowing i do voluntary work. i feel like i've been stitched up a bit.
