Yes, same for me. My advisor has also told me she is so busy she cant handle the amount off people she has to deal with...350 people to be exact. I get fortnightly calls, thats only when she remembers me and isnt too busy! The past 6months has been monthly calls only.0

No one has thought this through at all as it's not one size fits all .
Do you apply for jobs via your work programmes website?
yes i do apply for jobs on the providers website.0 -

Oh they have lots of jobs on their site then?0 -

they uploaded my cv and it matches me to jobs based on my cv. unfortunately its not the greatest and it matches me to alot of jobs i arent qualified for. this means i spend alot of time declining jobs and saying why. i just type not qualified everytime. i can do a search just like on the jobcentre site if there isnt anything already matched to me. i manage to do enough to meet the requirements of the jsa agreement. so if they want to see anything else i do they can get stuffed.0 -

Just had a call this afternoon from my "new" advisor.
This is my 4th one since I started the programme. Doubt if it will make any difference in me finding work to be honest. The last 3 were no help at all!0 -
My mate went to his work programme today and just got a text from him. I told him to ask about this job search thing and he was told 'who really does 35 hours a week job searching' and also 'I wouldn't put it past them but it's a mad idea' and also 'who is going to look at all of these job applications'.
The guy he sees also said he can't imagine that every site like say Reed, Totaljobs could be included in this site as they probably wouldn't want to be.0 -
I have heard as long you don't give consent such as data wavier or giving over your CV there is nothing much they can do.0

Hey mate, I'm about to start with A4e. Any idea what they've got in store?0 -

How do you prove you can make a CV without giving it to them?0
