He signs for it TWICE!
well I currently sign at the JC and I get an appointment booked for me EVERY week I go
week one I sign
week two I see the adviser
On week one the signing team re book me on an appointment card face to face with me so no pretending I never got it as was there at the time as I was signing
On week two when I see the adviser I also get an appointment card where I have to sign I have it......
IF they send a letter in the post, who is to say I got it?
No one!
how often do you think you could get away with this?0 -

Well I don't know, how about you tell me how often they would do this? Erm probably never!
I have been signing on since Dec 2011 and NEVER had a letter and no has my friend who has been signing for over 2 years now.
It's not good telling people if they fail to attned if they have not got the letter and yes it is true sometimes post in general does not arrive at the destination!
Maybe its just you that gets these letters?0 -

As my adviser said, one letter not arriving and its a case of benefit of doubt, but they arent going to accept that EVERY letter they send you has failed to arrive. They then play the same game, you cant prove it didnt arrive and you get your benefit stopped, so you wont win by playing a smart !!!!.0 -

Your post implied you could just keep saying 'I never got your letter', I was just pointing out that they wont play that game with anyone for long.0

I have also asked you how many appointments have you had that weren't your normal ones where the work programme have sent a letter? How do you know you have not missed one if you didnt get the letter?
I never said he would do it MANY TIME you have said that just now so its probably how YOU think not me and my mate!
I am sure that if you say ONCE you never got the letter for an appt you never knew you had how would they say you are a liar!!??0 -

I never implied anything at all!
ONE letter is not long at all, is it?0 -

I remember you now, you are the one who comes on here, picks an argument with someone and then storms off in a huff when you lose the argument.
