    And what did you say?LMA? You sound to have a lot of experience of the programme and wish to make an improvement in it.
    I can't make any improvment in it, no one can. I said it was demoralising job with no good outcome and if they couldn't help me then what good would I be to anyone? They had no answer to that and besides you have to come from recruitment or have worked in the job centre to be considered.

    If you aren't being treated fairly then you know what to do.

    I once asked if there were any jobs going at the jobcentre! Ooh no they said, all the temps have had to go and were not taking on due to the cuts etc. Even the jobcentre admitted there were very few jobs about at present.

    erm they have just had a mega recruitment thing at the JC it was posted on here - lot of jobs.

    they can for example tell people to do lots of courses. the rules allow it. so a complaint would be pointless. however its not fair treatment when they know they are doing it just to annoy them.
