before i left my work programme provider, they tried to change my mind from changing benefits so i can care for my gran, she gave me some comment to me, and said why would you want to do that, i just laughed to myself as i know they were trying to convince me to stay on jsa so they could get there bonuses
Hmmm depending on some hospital results a relative gets tomorrow I may very well becoming a carer soon myself too. (I would be the logical person as everyone else in the family works full time) I wonder what my WP will say to that, especially as I'm now classed as disabled and they can get more money from me (or so they think I'm not signing a sodding thing)

!!!!!!?! You sound like your the only one who has stood up against the WP bullies, I have been since the day I started on it and will continue to do so. I have said that I will make a formal complaint and I will, end of.
No I said MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT! They DO NOT tell me what I have to do and I do nothing but attend for 6-8 mins then go home with the same action plan as I have had since January!

    Like I say, good luck.

Who said you never made a formal complaint?! Yeah thats right nobody.
You keep reading my post's then replying with stuff that I never said in the first place. I think you have driven the "good luck" thing into the ground now, just about every reply you have given me has finished with it. I know my rights and luck has nothing to do with it. I think you should get off your high horse and stop being so critical off everyone else around you.

    My mistake I ment 5.

You can hand your CV in if you want to but its not mandatory to do so, I never signed the data consent form so therefore they have no need to obtain a copy of my CV. They know this hence her complete ignorance to give me her intentions and need for my CV in writing and knowing that not giving a CV is a non-santionable they are trying to bully me by having the me go in all week stating that if I dont go my benefits will stop. There is no point in going in 5 days a week from 9 till 5 other than to !!!! me off. I feel they have had a grudge against me since the first day when I refused to sign the consent form.
make sure you claim fares everyday and i would also make sure i did tons of applications everyday and the old fashioned way by post. they wont like the cost and will soon stop making you go in everyday. well maybe they will.

the thing is an advisor maybe perfectly pleasant to the majority of their clients but nasty to the rest. if they dont like your face or you dont play along they can sometimes develop a bad attitude.
