Wrong again. I have been told that we can't get our travel till 11am but I am exempt from that. How did I manage that? I spoke up!! My travel is going to be paid out to me at 9,15am and I can go home and other have to stay to do a job search till it gets to 11am. Not fair at all as those who come in at 10.30 will probably not have to stay at all and those at 9 or 9.15 etc will have to stay near on 1h 45 mins and me...........well I just go home0

I'm sure when the others see you getting your travel then going home a few more will speak up too. It's a stupid rule, I'm so pleased my WP provider is more reasonable than that.0

last week we talked about me doing training courses but she didnt print out my action plan as she normally does. so now i dont know if she has put doing training courses as mandatory on my action plan. she only told me i have to enquire about it and let her know. what if i decide its not right for me and she has put it as mandatory? i could end up being refered for a sanction.0 -

If I had 'got it wrong' and I was made to stay to do a job search in order to get my money then I would have asked them to prove it was in my agrement ever since August 2011 then I would have put in a formal complaint where they have not done the stuff they said they would on the action plan and that they have given me no help to get a job in 10 months!

as far as speaking up goes i agree in principal.
ps i tried to look at the training centres website and it got blocked by my security due to it being infected by a trojan. so not a good sign. i emailed them to tell them but they havent replied to say yes we are aware of it or thanks for letting us know.0 -

If you can't do some things due to a health issue and they know about it have some guts and put in a formal complaint or suck it up......sorry.0 -

regarding the health issue i havent had a seizure for a while so she says its controlled and therfore no risk. however i know there are no guarantees and i also know employers wouldnt take the risk when they have many perfectly healthy people to choose from. if you were an employer would you take a chance on someone with epilepsy on a construction site?0 -
