LadyMissA, when I first signed on I saw a personal advisor and she was talking about a lot of things and talking extremely fast. i can't remember her making it clear to me that i have to sign on every two weeks. she was all over the place showing me things on the computer and putting forms in front of me to read and sign and talking about this and that and i found the whole process extremely confusing.
so at that point you asked her to stop and slow down?

I don;t believe any of that and question who the people who write it work for. I will appeal and i will take it as far as it will go. I still don;t understand how it's not discrimination? it might say every fortnight on the back of the book but becasue she verbally said one month i too it to mean just that and didn't think about what was on the back of the book. I don't know about coma becasue you're not actively seeking work. I was actively seeking work all the time. I don;t know about mental illness either. Every circumstance is different. You lot dont exactly sound like you think it's appauling and should be changed. Do you? So you are all for it bu the sounds of it. There to put people off appealing. I keep asking how it's not discrimination?
It's all very well to say i have a booklet with the dates. Actually the booklet only says the first few dates, two or three and one of them was changed by the advisor anyway which added to the confusion. When you say you have a booklet you obviously do not understand what dyslexia is. are you a tory btw? what's wrong with blaming them?

Says what? You asked if I was a Tory? What has a Tory got to do with your claim being stopped?
