and as a final comment, irrespective of whether you believe or care what i do for a living, i was telling you the truth last week....i never lie....it's pointless..

Because I am certain in the next three years the property market is going to fall by 30% in nominal terms.
I am as certain in the same way that I know the Euro will fail in it's present form or as certain that Man city(who I cannot stand) will win the premier, but I cannot give a date.

So I come along to sites like this and try and find the genuine posters who are not on a mission and who report on the facts as they see them, and see how close my prediction is to arriving, like waiting for a train for example and checking your blackberry on it's progress.

This forum used to be good value for some banter and a bit of discussion around a few central topics. However it is becoming a pretty miserable place to hang out now.

I had thought there were few places worse on the internet than hpc.co.uk, but slowly and surely an exodus of their rejects has turned up here and colonised the board into a hegemony of mutually congratulating, prejudiced, closed minded, neo liberal Daily Mail reading right wing nuts.

Posting here, haunting hpc.co.uk like hungry ghosts to find things to cross post here, and F5ing Richard Littlejohn, seems to be their lives and personally I am becoming tired of having the same arguments with the same block heads in every thread.

Thing was HPC banned all the bulls on the site. Reason being the bears were getting humiliated. House prices did not crash.

We all knew they posted on here because they used to keep linking stories on their site.
It's been nice giving them a hammering and they certainly got the message.

As you say. There is nothing else to bat about. It's all been said before. Prices up and down a few %%% in 2012.

Who cares?

All it is now is the bears jumping up and down when average prices go down 1% and same with the bulls.

At the end of the day prices have stayed same.
No house price crash and no need for HPC website.
