Initially this sub-forum was interesting. But then same sort of comments over and over again. Now it is just boring. Some people want house price to fall, some want to go up. Some want interest rate go up, some prefer it go down.
The fact is current economic situation is so complex that no body knows what to do. Everyone thinks he knows what best but nobody knows what is right or wrong.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -

I think I agree with marlon. I should be doing other stuff.1. The house price crash will begin.
2. There will be a dead cat bounce.
3. The second leg down will commence.

You need
D) Does not own, does not wish to own if a mortgage is required, rents from a housing association and only has an interest in house prices, whether they be up or down due to some weird OCD reason.
No vested interest in house prices from my quarter, I just find it interesting. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
