why do you all bother with this forum?

having had a week off work last week, i visited this forum for a read and was enticed into making a few comments.
over lunch today, i've had another look....but it's just the same stuff going round and round, ad infinitum
some people say house prices will fall, others say not....it's either
A - landlords with vested interests (many of whom sound pretty desparate to me...otherwise, why would they spend so much time on here (and many of whom seem like pretty dispicable people to me)
B - people who genuinely think house prices are too high and will fall and who are hoping to buy a house to live in (who i agree with in the main, and who generally seem like much more likeable people)
C - bull5hitting lunatics like mr ree (who i genuinely think has some issues)
i can't imagine why you all spend so much time here debating the same points....it's pretty clear that you'll never agree on any of them....and you have zero influence over what happens.....so why not just use your time better?
there's a whole world out there with things to so that would be a better use of your time and energy.......so why not go and see some of it?
i'll not be back on here...so Mr Ree et al, feel free to post your usual nonsence/lies/insults......
and as a final comment, irrespective of whether you believe or care what i do for a living, i was telling you the truth last week....i never lie....it's pointless..

One week's data is just noise.
