I will sort myself out because I am not prepared to get in a slagging match.

They may sack me but I have a very good case for discrimination.

No, you don't. You don't even have to give me any details to know that you don't. You are going to be portrayed as a gold-digging trouble-maker who within three months of starting work was causing chaos and trying to find a legal case against them before your foot was in the door.

I'm very sorry to here you were discriminated against, I'm a firm believer that everyone should be given an equal chance. Was it the case that you were not?

.....and for your information you do not have to be in a job for any length of time when you are making a claim for discrimnation.

You might just find that SarEl knows that!

I'd imagine - although I can't be sure - that SarEl probably learned that on day one at employment law school.

I'm sorry things aren't working out for you but you've ignored advice and behaved rather foolishly.

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".
