telling the truth isn't trolling. Although they were lying about collecting £200
As SarEL says, it's likely you'll be getting the boot (i hope i read it right), so you can take the time to reflect on your threads and how not to handle a situation.0 -
The employer isn't required to send you payslips to the tax office - but well done on telling the employer that you have been talking to the tax office about your employer. Didn't we tell you to leave it to the HMRC and not get pulled into this? It was only going to be a matter of weeks for HMRC to confirm what was going on.
What was inaccurate?
And what discrimination?
I will sort myself out0 -
Yeh your blatantly gone. Sorry.
Also think its a bit audacious you being in the comapny 2/3 months and accusing them of tax evasion. The company is registered LTD and been around for 22 years, you seriously think they arent paying their NI and tax?! I would highly doubt it.
I would also imagine any fault with HMRC not having your current employment details lies solely with them and not your employer.
In your next job please be aware that your employer is allowed to send you packing anytime they want in the first 3 months (i think sure therea a few legalities but essentially they want u out, u out!) O and sometimes its best not playing the hero.0 -
You were given advice for free from an employment law specialist, you chose to ignore that advice

My colleagues think that they are not paying the tax as well and I know that they are going to get rid of me.
HMRC also did not have the details of my colleagues who has been working there for eleven months as well.
How on earth did you get them to tell you THAT confidential information?0
