Yes but that still doesn't get away from the fact that we told you to leave it to the HMRC. There is still no absolute evidence that tax is not being paid here. For the sake of a matter of weeks while they looked into it.... Are you collegaues going to be standing up for you and saying that they also contacted HMRC? Thought not.
As for advice - you have bombarded them with grievance complains which you won't/can't tell us about. What do you expect us to say that we haven't already?

my point of view/advice still stands.
You could try and build a defence based on certain arguments but within 3 months an employer can pretty much do what they want
"What is “just cause”?
“Just cause” means a good reason to fire you. It usually means that you did not perform your job duties or you did something seriously wrong, like stealing from your employer or unreasonably refusing to follow your supervisor’s directions. Your employer may have just cause to fire you if you:- use drugs or alcohol that interfere with your job performance
- ignore a strict workplace rule
- intentionally disobey your boss
- consistently refuse to follow a clearly defined chain of authority
- are disloyal to your employer or put yourself in a conflict of interest; for example, you set up a business to compete directly with your employer
- ignore a clear workplace policy, procedure, or rule
- are dishonest about something important
- are incompetent; for example, if you got a job only because you said you could repair automatic transmissions, and it turns out you can't
As a general rule, an employer does not have just cause to fire you if the employer is simply dissatisfied with your job performance. An employer may have to warn you before firing you for just cause and may even have to offer you reasonable job training."
The two highlighted are the two main reasons why your employer could fire you and seeing as these are based on opinion you will have little argument against these.
Bear in mind they do not have to give you notice under 3 months.0 -
I never mention discrimation when I spoke to him just said that I was not comfortable with his behaviour.
So you didn't said the word but you said enough to let him know what you were alluding to?
I'm with the others, be ready to look for a new job very shortly, and please take this as a lesson to tread carefully when you're new in a job.0 -
I only sent two grievances at first but when they breach my confidentality then I had to send further grievances.
I am not going to get into the discrimation but I will say that I have a witness to the discrimation. I did speak to my manager informally about it before I sent my letter.
When did they do this, sorry not seen/read about this?!0 -

OK OK OK. Now it is tax evasion, discrimination and breaching confidentiality?
Let me explain something to you - your witness is going to evaporate in exactly the same way as your colleagues phoning the HMRC have disappeared. Unless, of course, they turn up as witnesses against you. I can see it now -"hello2007 has been telling us all that you aren't paying our tax and are acting illegally, and so I admit I phoned HMRC because I was really worried about what he was saying about the company". And let's face it - that is what happened isn't it? Because there seems to be little explanation for why one of your colleagues would phone the HMRC in front of you, and then tell you what was said. So "bringing the company into disrepute" is right up there on the list of allegations. That's be gross misconduct.
I cannot see any way out here.0
