How on earth did you get them to tell you THAT confidential information?

    I will sort myself out

I am only asking for advice for my situation and I am not going to get into a slagging match with anyone.

My Colleague was on the phone to HMRC and they said that they did not have his employment details for our employer.

My colleagues think that they are not paying the tax as well and I know that they are going to get rid of me.

HMRC also did not have the details of my colleagues who has been working there for eleven months as well.

Why would HMRC release any information related to tax on one of your colleagues to yourself? It will be blatantly obvious to any of the other employees if the company is/isnt paying PAYE in any of there P60's. A ltd company has to publish accounts and these are given to companies house and corporation tax is calculated based on the numbers given to companies house. Also tax can be paid severaly years in arrears. You have absolutely no idea of the running of that company and have acted on hearsay. You have invited them to suspend you by accusing them of criminal activity.

Very little sympathy from here, the company might have been acting unlawfully by keeping hold of your payslips (not issuing them) but to suggest they are tax evading because of this is ludicrous.

Why don't you enter the company name on here and see more information and the last time they issued their accounts. you will need to pay for it.

Yes but that still doesn't get away from the fact that we told you to leave it to the HMRC. There is still no absolute evidence that tax is not being paid here. For the sake of a matter of weeks while they looked into it.... Are you collegaues going to be standing up for you and saying that they also contacted HMRC? Thought not.

As for advice - you have bombarded them with grievance complains which you won't/can't tell us about. What do you expect us to say that we haven't already?

When would you like my advice/point of view from.

    Before

Stay shtum, you know nothing/very little about the company, whilst politley asking for payslips.

    During

Stay shtum, you know nothing/very little about the company, whilst more politley asking for payslips.

Seen as you didnt do as i would have advised the 'after' section is slightly different

After (this is were i think you are now)

    Look for new job.

I was told by colleagues that noone therehad been given p60.

Ive been told by my colleagues that my boss is a homosexual and likes orgies, this is not something i would confront them with.

And if they havent been given a P60 they need to ask for one. It is not a legal requirement to give it to employees but it should they ask for it.
