    Morning ladies!
    So, as from NOW i am back on the wagon. I have had a pretty good weekend foodwise.
    I want to lose 2lbs this week...so have to get a move on. Will be weighing myself on Friday morning, so will let you all know how i get on.
    Well odne to everybody for losing/hitting target/keeping going!!

    I'm still here! Back on the Wagon now. Using MyFitnessPal again, if anybody would like to add me give me a private message. Finding it much more motivational with two lovely MSE'ers helping me along. :D Will update my figures in a bit and am going to weigh myself on Saturday mornings. Also bought an exercise bike and have been doing 5-12k every night.

    No probs honey - good to have you back!

    I really need to lost quite a bit I'm having some surgery hopefully at the end of July so want to be in or near the middle of my healthy BMI for that so prob will be needing to lose about 2lbs a week aswell.

    Best of luck with it & keep us posted on how your getting on.

    Wow all that excersise is bound to help you massively chick!

    Well done - I used to use MFP but I tend to just hang around of here or on the WW forum aswell.

    Had a wee day off but didnt go as crazy as I normally do this hopefully means my appetite is reducing yippeeeeeeeeee

    Anyway back on it from today till Saturday again then I am out with the girls so will eat something nice & have a bit to drink - cant wait!

    Lost 4lbs this week & was only really on plan from Tuesday till Friday so think that is excellent & I am defo not expecting a loss like that every week although I wish I could haha would make this a whole lot easier!

    Went shopping today, took the hubby and together we bought lots of goodies that are gooder for us... tomorrow marks the start of the blitz, we have less than 3 weeks til holiday and I am determined to lose another half a stone by then!

    Oh yeah... I am also here to stay, you guys keep me spurred on :D
    Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

    30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)

    Hi everyone x

    will it be ok if i can join this thread as i need to lose weight and need some support with it also some ideas on what to eat.

    i have been fighting with my weight for 16 years, i have been a size 20 and an 8 my wieght gos up and down all the time and it drives me mad :( i also suffers from SAD which dont help with how the weather have been latey....i so need some sun !!

    sorry to go on abit but i'm feeling a little fed up and really would love some support

    Afternoon ladies!

    i have done OK today.

    Fruit and tea for breakfast
    Granola and yogurt for lunch (i normally have a sarnie, but i had a real craving for granola!)
    Dinner is going to be roasted (in garlic and thyme) peppers, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and carrots, with a chicken breast marinaded in some sort of sauce, but i need to go and see which ones i have avaiable in the cupboards.
