Getting slightly obsessed with My Fitness Pal, which is great! Eating the things I like and choosing foods more carefully. I think I'm doing pretty well so far. However today is the OH's birthday and we are going out on the town. If its a special occasion then have some wine as a wee treat.
I think that's where I go wrong I totally deprive myself of all the goodies then I just want them & have a total blow out!

If I "go out" for dinner I always eat (and drink!) well - there's no point otherwise. The trick is to then get straight back on it!

Thanks guys. I had a pizza and 4 glasses of wine. Not great but definitely nowhere near what I would usually have and I feel much better for it today. Just really tired as we went clubbing (must have managed to dance off some of the cals!

Are you still low-carbing? What are you bingeing on?
Don't forget you can eat fat as well as vegs and protein. I find I feel so full, I don't need to eat in between meals.

Well yeah I was trying but I have just fallen off the wagon & I am eating just about everything!
I am going to get back on the no cards for a full week on Sunday.
