    Getting slightly obsessed with My Fitness Pal, which is great! Eating the things I like and choosing foods more carefully. I think I'm doing pretty well so far. However today is the OH's birthday and we are going out on the town. I'm going to try not to ruin my work so far by drinking lots of wine calories.. but a few is fine! ;)

    If its a special occasion then have some wine as a wee treat.

    I think that's where I go wrong I totally deprive myself of all the goodies then I just want them & have a total blow out!

  • If I "go out" for dinner I always eat (and drink!) well - there's no point otherwise. The trick is to then get straight back on it!

    2lb off this week. Very pleased!

    Thanks guys. I had a pizza and 4 glasses of wine. Not great but definitely nowhere near what I would usually have and I feel much better for it today. Just really tired as we went clubbing (must have managed to dance off some of the cals! :D)

    I went out for dinner & a few drinks tonight aswell but back on it tomorrow for me aswell

    Are you still low-carbing? What are you bingeing on?
    Don't forget you can eat fat as well as vegs and protein. I find I feel so full, I don't need to eat in between meals.
    Hugs, dust yourself off and start all over again!!
  • Well yeah I was trying but I have just fallen off the wagon & I am eating just about everything!

    I am going to get back on the no cards for a full week on Sunday.
