Same here, not been bingeing but not been counting points either. Just 4 weeks til my hols and I have reached my first target but i'm disappointed with myself for not trying when i know i can do it.
Im the same feel like kicking myself!
But the main thing is we are still losing & still trying - one day it will just clock - I HOPE!

I'm embarassed that i am even heavier now than when i started posting at the start of this thread
I am currently 11st 8lbs. I am aiming to lose 2lbs a week, with a grand total loss of (hopefully) 2st.
I am waiting for my passports to arrive, and then will be booking a holiday for late June, so want to have lost a little by then.
My plan is simple:
Cut out alcohol
Eat less Chocolate
Exercise a bit more.

I have only lost 3lbs - haha! how bad is that.

What is your target weight then? Mine is 10st but I am not really sure that it will ever happen but I shall keep going for it anyway!

I've found it impossible to shift any weight for weeks and weeks.
Then I started low-carbing and have dropped another 2 lbs, which means I've got 12lbs to go to reach my target.
Am loving low-carbing-once you get your head round the science, its great!
I'm giving the whole low carb thing a go & actually quite liking it!

My target is 10st 7lb - I lost weight a few years ago and maintained that weight for about three years. To be honest though, I'd settle for losing a stone (anything would be good lol!).
I've just spotted a picture of someone I really dislike on Facebook who has lost loads of weight and looks fantastic - that has got to motivate me even if nothing else does!

So I lost 4lbs this week which means that I have finally lost 1/2 stone took long enough but its a wee milestone nonetheless
Yeah tbh I think I would even be happy to be 10st 7lbs so I will see how I feel when I get there.
