Bloody hell thats amazing even if i was to stop eating altogether i would never lose that.
I didnt weigh in this week as i havent been very good and didnt want to depress myself further. Dont think i am destined to ever be slim but will keep on trying.
Have tried the choccie philli cheese it is nice but wouldnt rush out and buy some more glad i tried it but didnt think it was anything special.
Good luck to everyone this week xx

Had a fairly crap week this week if I am honest. I couldn't help myself and I ate 2 whole Easter eggs and the sweeties that go with it. Thankfully I have been busy tiling in the bathroom and have managed to get a little bit of exercise in. Had a quick peek on the scales yesterday morning and they show I have stayed the same, which must be some kind of miracle. Not holding up much hope for the official weigh in on Monday though.
    Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

    30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)

Im sorry it has taken me so long to get back on here. Vouchers yes my GP has sent me on a fat fighting mission. Part of that is a referral to SW and he gave me a number to ring and they have sent me a letter for 12 week countdown vouchers paid for by the PCT.

I was due to start on Wed but had to attend the bariatric seminar as he has referred me for surgery. I think he has done this to scare me into getting the weight off. He has also sent me to a 13 week session of nutrition classes and a 13 week membership to the local fitness centre.

    My BMI is 41
So you're Red John? I have to say I'm a little disappointed.
